Signature HealthCARE of Bremen is a 97-bed offering short-term rehabilitative care as well as long-term care. It is our mission as a family-based organization to revolutionize the healthcare industry through a culture of resident centered healthcare services, personalized spirituality, and real quality of life initiatives.

How you Will make a difference

+ Monitor resident call lights

+ Passing of food trays and other requested items

+ Make beds

+ Clean residents personal care and grooming items

+ All other duties as assigned

What you Need to make a Difference

+ High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.

+ Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

+ Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENLTY ENROLLED IN CNA TRAINING OR RECENTLY COMPLETED CNA TRAINING AWAITING STATE TESTING TO BE CERTIFIED!
