RQ Construction, LLC, (a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPR Construction) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator eager to support our selection activities in the Talent Acquisition Department. This position plays a key role in providing support to the entire TA team to promote a smooth and efficient recruitment process, no matter the geographic location of hire. Our TA team works hard to bring on new team members in every discipline of the company - from administrative support, to construction trade expertise, to project management, to architecture, engineering, and beyond - in an effort to live out our Mission, Vision, and Values. As a federal contractor, our TA team understands our obligations to our client (the Department of Defense) and works hard to ensure we maintain compliance, while simultaneously bringing on great new team members. Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will help support TA operations by actively providing administrative support, ATS expertise, and communicating with assigned team members. The work is fast-paced and detail-oriented. Work can be done remotely, but must support team members in multiple time zones (including, but not limited to, ATD, EDT, CST, MST, and PST). Work Location: Remote eligible, though proximity to an RQ office (in CA or FL) is encouraged.
Pay Range: $25.00-$31.00 per hour (pay will be determined by past work experience and location of hire) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ A high school education is that minimum education level required. College courses preferred.
+ Two or more years' experience in HR administration, executive administrative experience or equivalent, is required.
+ One or more years' experience in talent acquisition support is preferred.
+ Computer literacy (MS Office 365 - Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Suite, etc.) required.
+ Specific ATS software literacy and customization preferred.
+ Construction and industry related knowledge or experience preferred.
