2nd Shift Lead Room Attendant, Lodge Kohler

**Location:** Green Bay, WI

Opportunity

Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.

Specific responsibilities include:

+ Aware of all standard operating procedures in compliance with the standards set in each venue to inspect the assigned hotel wing and adjoining areas.

+ Consistent with methods of inspection, knows the exact quality and placement of each item in the guest rooms, proper bed making technique, and proper cleaning techniques.

+ Responsible for the proper communication of essential information between housekeeping staff and Housekeeping Coordinators.

+ Maintains constant communication with the housekeeping office attendant and

+ Coordinator to ensure that all requests are carried out.

+ Perform Housekeeper duties as needed.

+ Fully knowledgeable of fire and safety procedures and proper guest emergency assistance procedures.

+ Sets the example for all other hotel associates with regards to quality, timeliness, consistency, and personalized service that exceed expectations of all work performed.

This is a Full Time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends, primarily 8:00am to 10pm.

Skills/Requirements

+ High school diploma preferred

+ Must be able to lift, bend, and twist, and lift up to 50 pounds

+ Must be able to speak, write, and understand English

+ Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a like position

+ Previous leadership experience preferred but not required

_The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
