    Description

    Partners with Teams

     

    Partners with UCH Leadership, local units and CUSOM Departments/Divisions, to identify areas of key quality and patient safety opportunities

     

    Performs process analysis, identifies best practices and works with stakeholders to improve processes

     

    Facilitates Process Improvement and Project Management projects as needed

     

    Metric Focus

     

    Identifies trends and root causes to target interventions to drive outcomes towards the top 10th percentile

     

    Measures, analyzes and facilitates improvement in outcome and process metrics

     

    Identifies areas of opportunity in partnership with clinical experts

     

    Collaborative Case Review (CCR)

     

    Partners with committee chairs in establishing trigger lists and meeting structure

     

    Reviews and triages cases for clinical review

     

    Promotes use of Just Culture

     

    Supports a multidisciplinary approach of clinical review

     

    Agile MD Pathways

     

    Assists in the curation of standard care pathways to reduce care variation

     

    Builds pathways into AgileMD Software

     

    Links orders within pathways in EHR

     

    Department: Clinical Quality

     

    FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

     

    Shift: Days

     

    Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

     

    This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree relevant clinical field (Bachelor's degree AND state licensure in one of the following clinical roles required):

    State licensure as Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

     

    2 years of relevant clinical experience.

     

    Preferred: Quality improvement or patient safety experience.

    Licensed Physical Therapist - State

     

    Licensed Speech Language Pathologist

    PHARMACIST

    Physician Assistant
