Position Summary
+ Provides a variety of secretarial and staff support services that support the overall efficiency of the organization.
Primary Position Responsibilities
+ Screens and directs incoming calls to Hunterdon Hospice
+ Maintains the medical record of Hunterdon Hospice patients
+ Assists Hunterdon Hospice with the monthly billing process
+ Processes referrals from Hospice Liaison or other designated Hunterdon Hospice staff
+ Maintains accurate scheduling of CHHA and verifies schedule accuracy for billing purposes
+ Prepares memos, policies, reports, meeting minutes as directed by the Director of Hunterdon Hospice
+ Processes patient orders under the direction of Hospice Clinical Coordinator or other designated Hunterdon Hospice staff

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Preferred:
+ Associate’s Degree in Business or related area
+ Minimum Years of Experience :

+ One year medical office or related experience

+ Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
+ Required:
+ Microsoft Office applications, Medical terminology, data entry experience, ability to multi-task, possesses strong interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manner and professional appearance.
