Risk Operations & Compliance Analyst
**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** Assist and support the company’s global risk management team, primarily in the areas of compliance, corporate security, health & safety, and business continuity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Gather and maintain internal data and reporting related to safety, security, and business continuity
+ Partner with multiple internal departments to gather information needed for department SOC, ISO, and other compliance responsibilities
+ Support development and maintenance of internal stewardship reporting
+ Coordinate projects that improve the department’s reporting on metrics and KPIs
+ Assist with invoice processing and other routine administrative items
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
1-3 years of experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in areas including compliance, corporate security, audit, finance, safety, or risk management preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to build from scratch
+ Strong PC literacy, especially Excel
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Analytical skills, especially related to problem solving and developing KPIs and metrics from data points
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Literacy with Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization tools preferred
