BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced PT to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in **Senior Living Communities** throughout the **Lexington and Salisbury area** .

    Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist:

    + **Provide 1:1 care** with clients in their senior living residences

    + Conduct **assessments** to evaluate mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and safety

    + Develop and implement **personalized treatment plans** to improve movement and prevent injury

    + Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation techniques to promote long-term wellness

    + Maintain **accurate electronic documentation** using a state-of-the-art tablet system

    What We’re Looking For:

    • **Active PT License** in the state of North Carolina

    • Graduate from an **APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program**

    • Strong **time management, communication, and problem-solving skills**
