Job Description

A large Life Sciences and Medical Device company is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Agentic Automation solutions. This role focuses on applying AI (Agents, LLMs, Generative AI, AI/ML) and Automation (primarily UiPath RPA) to transform business processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and intelligent automation solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as an Automation Solution Architect, primarily with UiPath, along with solid exposure to AI-based solutions (preferably AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI). Additionally, experience with cloud-based technologies (such as AWS, Azure or GCP) and mentoring junior and senior developers is essential.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in Automation Solution design (with at least 1-2 years working with AI-based solutions), with a primary focus on UiPath RPA and AI-driven automation. (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath)

Technical background (Software Development) and hands-on experience integrating AI (LLMs, AI Agents, Gen AI) with automation workflows.

o Strong knowledge of Python, or similar programming languages (Java/JavaScript), Power Automate and APIs for AI and automation integration

Proficiency in designing agentic automation architectures that leverage AI for decision-making and process optimization.

Strong understanding of AI and Automation tools and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangFraph, AutoGen) to create AI Agents

Strong expertise in UiPath, including Orchestrator, AI Center, Action Center and Document Understanding.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, or similar) for automation and AI deployment.

Experience in creating strong solution diagrams and user stories in Jira

Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. UIPath Certification Developer or Solutions Architect null
