Liberty Healthcare Corporation is a physician-owned organization with extensive public health experience. Liberty is certified by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a Quality Improvement Organization-like (QIO-like) entity.

To ensure our clients and persons-served receive high quality healthcare services, Liberty Healthcare maintains a panel of physician specialists who are called upon occasionally to conduct quality of care reviews of patient records and other medical documents.

Liberty Healthcare currently seeks a Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our physician panel.

In this role, you will apply your subject matter expertise in Geriatric Medicine as requested by Liberty Healthcare.

You may accomplish this work remotely from your professional office or home – on dates and at times convenient to you.

You will work on an as needed basis, in an estimated range of zero to eight hours quarterly.

Please note, this is a non-direct care role, which does not involve patient care.

As an incoming physician joining Liberty’s panel, you will be paid an initial $500.00 retainer. Thereafter you will be paid for each hour you work as a consultant for Liberty. Hourly compensation rates are negotiable and will be consistent with the incumbent’s usual hourly billing rate.

To qualify for this consulting role, you must have an active Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified in Geriatric Medicine.

Prior peer review or quality assurance experience is helpful but not required.
