Job Description
The ADQ team is looking for an experience Agreement Data Analyst tojoin thei team. The Agreement Data Quality team is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of trading agreement data (ISDA's, CSA's, MSFTA, SMCs, PB Agreements, Futures and Repo) in the bank system of record. This role within ADQ provides an opportunity to handle the daily flow of newly signed agreements along with various projects. This person will be primarily focused on swap master confirms and ancillary documents for hedge funds. The team has a goal to enhance data accuracy throughout the various systems internally housing agreement, onboarding and client data. This person will be contributing to the overall direction of the regulatory projects and project simplification as it affects this group.
Responsibilities will include:
- Review and interpret agreements
- Ensure the system reflects the agreement data
- Respond to regulatory and internal questions regarding contract interpretation.
- Data Quality reviews/remediation
- Track status and assist with reporting
- Check Dodd-Frank Good to Trade status to ensure that the new counterpart is GTT
- Assist Onboarding team with various request and issues
- Manage ad hoc projects as needed related to agreement data or management of the group
- Contribute to updating the team procedures guide as needed.

Skills and Requirements
- 3 years experience in a role that requires knowledge of trading agreements (ISDAs, CSAs, MSFTA. PB Agreements, SMCs, Futures, Repo, etc.)
- Working knowledge of industry regulations that impact trade documentation
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Excel and Power Point skills
- Working knowledge of trading agreements and industry regulations that impact trade documentation (e.g. SEC SBS Protocol, Dodd Frank Protocols 1.0 and 2.0, Futures, Repo, US Resolution Stay, UMR) null
