    Our client, a leading manufacturing firm, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CNC Machinist

    **Location:** Traverse City, MI

     

    Pay Range: $23.35 per Hr

     

    Willingness to work ANY shift (3- pm - 11:00 pm Mon - Fri)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.

    + Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.

    + Knowledge of CNC programming and operation.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

    + Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

    + Commitment to safety and quality standards.
