Facilities Worker-Temporary, Seasonal

Hiring Zone:             $14.50/hour

Review will begin immediately and continue until positions are filled

Duties:

General campus grounds maintenance: mowing, string trimming, watering, turf maintenance, pruning, planting, weed and trash removal. Moving office furniture and equipment. alternatively a worker may be doing exterior window cleaning for their assignment, or perhaps working with the campus paint crew.

Required Qualifications:

+ 16 years of age or older and attending high school, or High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance

Preferred Qualifications:

+  knowledge of equipment, tools, and procedures of grounds care.

+ knowledge of operating grounds maintenance and grounds construction equipment and tools.

+ one or more years experience of gardening and groundskeeping duties.

+ Valid Driver's license

+ Interior or exterior painting experience.

+ Exterior window cleaning experience.
