Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer to join their team. As a Lead GenAI Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the development of cutting-edge GenAI solutions. **Job Title:** Lead GenAI Engineer

**Location:** Raleigh, NC (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

What's the Job?

+ Lead the development of a GenAI platform that empowers application teams across the organization.

+ Architect and build scalable solutions integrating AI pipelines, chatbots, and user interfaces.

+ Design and implement cloud-native applications using AWS and Terraform.

+ Enhance developer experience by creating tools for prompt testing, agent deployment, and performance monitoring.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and accelerate the development of GenAI-powered solutions.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in Python and React.

+ Strong understanding of GenAI agents, including tools, memory, and orchestration.

+ Experience in building interactive UIs and chatbots using frameworks like LangChain.

+ Ability to design multi-tenant tools that simplify GenAI for application teams.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
