    + Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team.

    + Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine.

    + Benefit from an established patient base

    + Anticipated work schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours

    + Flexible shifts with Clinic hours: 7:15 AM – 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM – Noon (Saturday)

    + Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai

    + Digital X-Ray with rapid results

    + Call schedule: 1 in 12 (phone only)

    + Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 – 1.0

    + Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital)

    REQUIRMENTS:

    + Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice.

    + Duluth, MN – A vibrant community with a population of over 90,000.

    COMPENSATION

    + $293,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
