    What you’ll do as an Equipment Foreman

     

    + Lead crews to meet project time-lines

    + Safely operate and control assigned equipment

    + Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed

    + Oversee and help with training of crew members

    + Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations

    + Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork

    + Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance

    + Perform work in all weather conditions

    + All other duties as assigned

     

    What you’ll need

     

    + To be 18 years of age or older

    + Authorization to work in the United States for this company

    + Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record

    + Valid Class A Commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it

    + Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card

    + High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred

    + At least three years of related experience

    + Previous Foreman experience preferred

     

    Physical abilities & exposures

     

    + Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds

    + Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

     

    Pay range: $30 - &40 / Hr
