    Boeing’s Engineering Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking **Senior** **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** to support our recently awarded Air Proprietary, Next Generation Air Dominance engineering team in **Berkeley, MO** . The HRBP in this role will be responsible for partnering with senior engineering leaders for the Air Prop 1 program to lead initiatives that align with our business objectives, including workforce planning and talent management, while fostering a culture of belonging, innovation and accelerated learning. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully galvanizing teams to achieve common goals.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Partner closely with Air Prop 1 and Air Dominance Engineering leadership teams to create talent and HR strategies that support business objectives including talent acquisition, engagement, retention, succession planning and talent management

    + Collaborate closely with the Program, Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Engineering workforce teams, to efficiently ramp up staffing levels in response to the demands of newly awarded contracts, ensuring that all hiring needs are met in a timely and effective manner

    + Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen

    + Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement and driving employee centric solutions

    + Coach all team member levels, including management and executive leaders, on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence

    + Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, drive solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

    + Address HR-related issues, consulting with management to develop cohesive, business-focused strategies that mitigate organizational risk

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)

    + 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), with a focus on talent management and workforce planning

    + 5+ years of experience executing HR strategies and managing associated projects

    + 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

    + 5+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    + Human Resources certification(s)

    + Experience problem-solving, analyzing data and utilizing various HR tools and system

    + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis

    Summary pay range: $103,700 - $140,300
