    Job Description: Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by answering customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

    + Problem Solving: Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause, clarifying information, researching solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

    + Order Management: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges to maintain a seamless customer journey.

    + Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive support.

    + Documenting Interactions: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system to maintain reliable records and insights.

    + Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations, or technical support) to escalate and resolve complex issues.

    + Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on any pending issues, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements based on customer insights.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools is a bonus.

    + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    + Resilience and adaptability in handling challenging or high-pressure situations.
