Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Vista, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and deployment of desktop systems, peripheral devices, and enterprise computing services. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional IT support.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral devices, and enterprise software.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

• Provide support for Apple and Android devices, ensuring smooth functionality across platforms.

• Manage Active Directory accounts, including user setup, permissions, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with teams to implement backup solutions and maintain data integrity.

• Conduct regular system updates and ensure compliance with configuration management protocols.

• Offer expertise on Cisco and Citrix technologies to support enterprise IT systems.

• Respond to end-user support tickets promptly, delivering effective solutions.

• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

• Assist in the evaluation and deployment of Dell technologies for organizational needs. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role.

• Proficiency in Android and Apple device management.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies.

• Hands-on experience with computer hardware and configuration management.

• Familiarity with Active Directory administration.

• Expertise in backup technologies and data recovery processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
