    • Staff Accountant Opportunity in Green Bay, WI

    A leader in the construction/development community is looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join their team onsite in Green Bay, WI.     What You'll Do:

    + Manage general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy.

    + Perform bank reconciliations and process tenant rent payments.

    + Handle accounts payable (A/P), serving as a backup for property management A/P functions.

    + Process accounts, which includes verifying, coding, posting, and paying vendor invoices—including multi-card credit card accounts—on a weekly basis.

    Requirements

    What We're Looking For:

    + 4-5 years of general accounting experience, including knowledge of A/P processes

    + An associate’s degree in accounting.

    + Experience in real estate development or management is a plus!

    + Comfortability in a small-office team environment background is preferred

    + Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to jump in wherever needed. 💼
