Description

We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide direct support to one of our Co-Chairman/Owners in Aventura, Florida. This role will involve managing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless communication, organization, and execution of business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient communication and the flow of information, analysis, and documentation.

• Oversee communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are precise and timely.

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, analyze findings, and provide actionable insights for decision-making and implementation.

• Assist in the development of financial models for real estate and business ventures.

• Manage travel arrangements, including booking logistics and scheduling meetings.

• Organize and execute corporate events, including preparation for meetings, conferences, and collaborations with philanthropic organizations.

• Maintain and manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks.

• Prepare, organize, and store important documents to ensure easy accessibility and security

Requirements • Proficiency in financial services tools such as ADP and Concur.

• Experience with CRM systems and data processing software.

• Ability to work with reporting tools like Crystal Reports.

• Strong skills in cash handling and activity tracking.

• Familiarity with buying processes and answering inbound calls.

• Knowledge of scheduling tools and processes.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
