Responsibilities

As a Primary Care NP or PA with Dr. Sami Khouri, you will:

+ Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.

+ Conduct physical exams including well-woman exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, manage chronic conditions and refer to specialists.

+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

+ Prescribe medications and provide patient/family education.

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

+ Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

+ Current and valid California NP or PA license.

+ National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) OR current NCCPA certification.

+ A minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care strongly preferred.

+ New graduate NP’s with a strong inpatient RN background are welcome to apply.

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care principles and practice.

+ Experience with EPIC EMR system

Pay Range

$70.00 - $80.00 /hour
