Responsibilities

Full-Time Day Physician Position with no call and no nights.

We are recruiting an anesthesiologist to join our collaborative care team at St. Joseph Medical Center (https://www.vmfh.org/our-hospitals/st-joseph-medical-center) in Tacoma, WA. St. Joseph Medical Center is a level II trauma regional medical center with 385 beds. Procedures include OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT.

Year 1: Total Compensation up to $605,000 ($505,000 guaranteed salary, up to $50,000 Quality Bonus, and $50,000 Starting Bonus).

Year 2: Compensation up to $555,000 ($505,000 base and Quality bonus up to $50,000).

10 weeks time off. Shift Based Model General Anesthesiologist position at tertiary care trauma center. Extra Income shift work available.

Qualifications

+ Completed ACGME Accredited Anesthesiology Residency

+ Board Certified Anesthesiology (ABA) or eligible and will become board certified within 24 months of training completion.

+ State of Washington Medical License

+ Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice

Pay Range

$242.79 - $266.83 /hour
