Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals for Leasing Consultant roles. In this position, you will engage with prospective residents, assist with leasing apartments, and handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct tours of the community and available apartment homes
+ Assist prospective residents with the leasing process and paperwork
+ Answer calls, file paperwork, and manage basic administrative tasks
+ Address resident concerns and submit service requests
+ Assist with marketing efforts and community events
+ Promote resident retention initiatives
Requirements:
+ A minimum of a year of experience in apartment or multifamily leasing preferred
+ Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations required
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Reliable transportation to and from work
+ Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
