    Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk and Patient Access Specialist - Human Resources & Finance We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile individual to join our team in a hybrid role that includes Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk and Patient Access Specialist duties. This role is integral to ensuring accurate payroll processing, efficient management of accounts payable, and providing exceptional patient access services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Payroll Clerk:

    • Processing payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.

    • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

    • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

    • Prepare and distribute payroll reports.

    Accounts Payable:

    • Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.

    • Maintain vendor records and manage relationships with suppliers.

    • Reconcile accounts for payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.

    • Prepare and issue payments in accordance with company policies.

    Patient Access:

    • Assist patients with registration and scheduling appointments.

    • Verify patient insurance information.

    • Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries.

    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or healthcare administration is a plus.

    • Experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, and patient access roles preferred.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., payroll systems, accounting software, healthcare management systems).
