POSITION TITLE: Production Control Associate Evenings (Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm)
Salary Range: $65,000 to $79,000
SHIFT HOURS: Evenings (Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm)
JOB SUMMARY: The Production Control Associate supports schedule obtainment and production reporting. This role ensures the accuracy of production reporting by work centers with the ERP system. The Production Control Associate also serves as an interface between the user and ERP system for training, project implementations, and production support. The Production Control Associate is responsible for enhancing and implementing business system training, supporting work centers with production reporting, assisting with system/solution testing, and documentation for end users. This role is responsible for maintaining competency of LSI business systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Monitors and assists work centers with production reporting as needed.
+ Serves as an interface between the user and ERP system for training and project implementations.
+ Trains and presents information to business system users.
+ Schedules ERP training sessions and ensures training programs are aligned with corporate needs.
+ Works with cross-functional teams to ensure new enterprise system capabilities are effectively incorporated in end-user training content.
+ Conducts training audits to identify training gaps and corrects deficiencies.
+ Assists Planning with communicating production priorities to the manufacturing floor.
+ Assists Production Work Centers with communicating issues that interfere with following schedules.
+ Claims, troubleshoots, and resolves ERP helpdesk tickets.
+ Assists with systems/solution testing and documentation for end users.
+ Maintains knowledge of business processes, industry trends, and ERP systems to better communicate technology capabilities and support solutions development.
+ Writes and develops training curriculum for business systems.
+ Creates videos and handouts designed to aid in ERP training.
+ Designs, develops, and evaluates assessments for performance and system improvements.
+ Develops and implements training strategies for new and existing business system requirements.
+ Drives efficiencies and improvements in training related to ERP.
+ All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ Associate degree or minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment supporting production or training users on business system enhancements (e.g. ERP/MRP, POS, CRM, etc.) .
+ Experience conducting on-the-job training (individual or large groups).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
+ Microsoft Office Suite skills required (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
+ Working knowledge of ERP/MRP software preferred.
+ Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and time management.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
+ Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot when necessary.
+ Ability to work independently or alongside team members with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to provide user engagement.
+ Working knowledge of training tools and various multimedia technology.
+ Able to develop and implement training strategies for new and existing requirements.
+ Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
+ Ability to quickly learn and explain new technology.
+ Independent decision making and able to make decisions under pressure.

+ Must be able to shift schedule and provide on call weekend support based on production needs.
