Job Type: Sales Coordinator - Entry Level

Compensation: $40k to 48k

A industry leading company is seeking a Entry Level Sales Coordinator to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing customer interactions both over the phone and in person. This role involves answering inbound calls to provide information about products, services, and order statuses, as well as assisting customers face-to-face with inquiries and purchase decisions. The Sales Coordinator processes orders, maintains customer records, handles complaints, and supports the sales team by coordinating customer accounts and following up on leads. Additionally, the role includes preparing sales reports, supporting marketing efforts, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and deliver

Job Responsibilities:

+ Answer inbound calls from customers, providing information about products, services, and order status.

+ Assist customers in person with inquiries, product selection, and purchase decisions.

+ Process orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.

+ Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer accounts and follow up on leads.

+ Maintain customer records and update information in the database.

+ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

+ perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Retail sales experience required

+ Associates or bachelor's degree strongly preferred

+ Outgoing and professional communication skills required
