Inventory & Purchasing Analyst

System One has partnered with a growing healthcare organization to find a qualified Inventory and Purchasing Specialist. This is a contract role expected to run through the end of October. In this position, you’ll support the IT Infrastructure team by managing technology inventories and purchasing, while ensuring proper controls are in place. The role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Benefits will be provided through System One for the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities:
+ Create and manage inventory processes for Apple devices (iPads, iPhones) and PC equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals).
+ Track and report inventory levels weekly to accounting and leadership.
+ Coordinate equipment pickup and deployment with staff and Support Services.
+ Manage inventory control processes to maintain compliance with approval and tracking standards.
+ Handle purchasing for IT Infrastructure, including hardware, software, and ancillary items.
+ Support the CTO and CIO with administrative tasks like travel booking and meeting coordination.
+ Assist with vendor relations, budgeting, and contract renewals.
+ Additional assignments are assumed willingly.
Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and reliable transportation
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship or corp-to-corp arrangements)
