Job Title: Client Team RepresentativeJob Description
The Client Team Representative is responsible for resolving client and debtor requests received via the phone system. This role requires transferring calls to the appropriate team when specific requests require additional assistance. The representative will respond to client requests for account updates and additional information, facilitating fulfillment through the email process and internal systems. A key aspect of the role is reviewing client accounts for potential incremental skip work and engaging clients for skip work requests when applicable. This position is crucial in providing exceptional customer service to support client relationships.
Responsibilities
+ Resolve client and debtor requests via the phone system, transferring calls as needed.
+ Respond to client requests for account updates and additional information.
+ Facilitate fulfillment of requests received via system from clients using email process and internal systems.
+ Review client accounts for potential incremental skip work and engage clients for skip work requests.
+ Answer client and debtor calls accurately, providing data entry and updates.
+ Research and review incoming requests for necessary actions by the operations team.
+ Support and fulfill client requests received via the assignment system using the company's system of record and email process.
+ Provide initial review of new addresses provided by clients to determine necessary action.
+ Communicate with clients clearly and precisely, focusing on request fulfillment.
+ Communicate results and areas of opportunity to leadership.
+ Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management.
Essential Skills
+ Customer service expertise.
+ Ability to support and fulfill client and debtor requests via company phone system.
+ Experience in data entry and updates.
+ Ability to research and review incoming requests.
+ Proficiency in communication, especially with clients.
+ Experience in providing reports to management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
+ Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
+ At least one year of call center, customer service, or industry-related experience required.
+ Experience with multiple phone lines preferred.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Work Environment
The work environment involves office hours from 11 AM to 8 PM. The company offers a competitive compensation package with a full suite of medical benefits, including dental, vision, 401k, pet insurance, PTO, and holidays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
