    Job Posting: Inventory and Tool Management Specialist

     

    Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing inventory and tools? Join our dynamic team as an Inventory and Tool Management Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Inventory Control: Oversee tool trailer inventory, including receiving, inspection, and shipping.

    + Asset Management: Attach and engrave barcodes for capitalized inventory.

    + Jobsite Coordination: Gather and tag tools for jobsite delivery, coordinating direct deliveries.

    + Vendor Management: Manage 3rd party calibration vendors, handle calibrated tools, and conduct on-site calibration events.

    + Inventory Verification: Conduct periodic physical inventory checks at jobsites.

    + Asset Optimization: Identify underutilized assets for disposal, retirement, or reassignment.

    + System Updates: Retire assets in TEAM upon sale/disposal and maintain updated rental rates.

    + Calibration Program: Manage tool calibration for ISO certification and maintain a master calibrated tool list.

    + Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance checks and log data in Element Fleet maintenance portal.

    + Procurement: Issue purchase orders, place equipment/tool orders, and process credit card transactions.

    + Support: Assist Logistics and Prefab as needed.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Core Skills: Inventory management, forklift operation, warehouse management, power tools, purchase order processing, parts management, cycle counting, material handling, picking, loading, and inventory control.

    + Additional Skills: Proven inventory experience, ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, hand truck, pallet jack), knowledge of warehouse data systems, strong organizational skills, and ability to lift/move heavy products.

    + Experience Level: Intermediate

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $30.00/hr.
