    Job Title: Maintenance Engineering Technician

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team at a manufacturing facility in Noblesville, Indiana as an **Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician** . You will be an integral part of a small team of four technicians, supporting three plants. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment throughout the facility.

    Responsibilities

    + **Maintain electrical distribution systems** throughout the facility, including **110V, 220V, and 480V systems.**

    + Perform maintenance on **switchgear and power breakers.**

    + Properly size and **install power feeds** to machinery, transformers, and distribution panels **for 110V and 220V service.**

    + **Run conduit** for power distribution and install buss plugs.

    + Verify that existing electrical systems meet code and ensure new systems are installed per code.

    + **Install 277V plant lighting systems.**

    + Maintain plant fire protection alarm system, access control hardware, and building automation systems.

    + Support assembly line with general and preventative maintenance as required.

    + Install and maintain electrical safety lockout devices.

    + Perform **electrical troubleshooting and repair of control circuits.**

    + Conduct preventative maintenance, including changing air filters and oiling and greasing machine lubrication points.

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues.

    + Repair manufacturing equipment and perform troubleshooting for hydraulics and pneumatics.

    Essential Skills

    + Knowledge of **NEC** and other applicable codes and regulations.

    + Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

    + Experience with **industrial power installation.**

    + Knowledge of and experience working with pneumatics and hydraulics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + **PLC experience preferred.**

    + Experience with fire alarm systems is a plus.

    + Strong leadership, teamwork, planning and organizing skills.

    + Good judgment and decision-making abilities.

    + Effective communication and project management skills.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
