Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform preventative maintenance on our manufacturing equipment. This position focuses exclusively on mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all machinery. Mechanics will follow work orders provided by our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

+ Conduct routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical components, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and other machinery.

+ Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used.

+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and address mechanical issues promptly.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and schedules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred

+ Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic or similar role in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $66560.00/yr.
