    Job Title: Production Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The role involves working the night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday. You will play a vital part in our production process by handling tasks related to the operation of corrugator machines.

    Responsibilities

    + Stack cardboard and feed it into the machine.

    + Load paper and cardboard into the corrugator machine.

    + Unload cardboard boxes off the machine.

    + Collaborate with 1-2 team members on the corrugator machine.

    + Perform heavy lifting as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, general labor, machine operating, or manufacturing.

    + Ability to work in a loud and hot environment.

    + Proficiency in operating machinery.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to work in a repetitive environment.

    + Capable of standing for 8+ hours a day.

    + Strong attention to detail to monitor equipment effectively.

    + Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Severn, Maryland.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
