Job Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role requires working Monday through Friday from 10:55 PM to 7:10 AM, with occasional overtime on weekends. Initially, training will be conducted on the first shift for a few days to help you acclimate, before transitioning to the third shift.

**Schedule** : 3rd shift 10:55 PM to 7:10 AM Monday-Friday

**Pay** : Up to $70,000 per year (this role is direct hire)

Responsibilities

+ Observe all safety rules and regulations, ensuring duties are performed safely and efficiently.

+ Inspect, operate, or test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.

+ Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.

+ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters.

+ Diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions.

+ Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers.

+ Assemble, install, or repair equipment, machinery, and components.

+ Maintain reliable attendance.

+ Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment

This role is based in an injection mold company. The work environment involves working with large tonnage machines and injection molding maintenance. The position may require frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, or pulling of parts and standing for long periods. You must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
