Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory for both direct and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) products. This role plays a key part in supporting production by managing inventory flow, refining inventory control procedures, and maintaining compliance with evolving industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in inventory systems and logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain records for all parts
+ Review prints to validate accurate parts and labels in inventory management
+ Assist operations by updating and maintaining bills of material
+ Assist operations/supply chain by creating and maintaining routing resources
+ Work with configuration management to ensure proper release of new parts
+ Create labeling and home locations for new manufacturing part numbers as requested
+ Generate and approve daily cycle counts
+ Run reports and audits of data, inventory, MRP exceptions, routings, etc.
+ Perform ERP system troubleshooting including resolving stuck transactions, errors, etc.
+ Understand inventory valuation and forecasting models
+ Identify inventory drivers in planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality etc.
+ Assist in creating inventory strategies driven by customer contract or market
Required Skills & Experience
+ Proven experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, or inventory management.
+ Strong attention to detail with proficiency in cycle counting and data entry.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking tools.
Additional Information
+ 1st shift, 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday with some Saturday's as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
