Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Maintenance professional who is familiar with **AC and DC drive configuration,** and instrumentation devices such as **thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers.** The role involves **installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics** .

You will be proficient in the use of **multi-meters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and machine-specific instrumentation** to ensure the proper operation of equipment. Experience with **480v systems,** including installing and replacing components, **programming, inspecting, troubleshooting, and adjusting electrical and mechanical equipment** , instrumentation devices, and related information systems is essential. Complete familiarity with the requirements of the NEC (National Electrical Codes) as they pertain to the facility is also required.

**SHIFTS AVAILABLE** :

+ 2nd Shift, 8 hr. Shift

+ 3rd Shift: 8 hr. Shift

**STARTING PAY RANGE** :

+ $30/hr. - $38/hr.

Responsibilities

+ Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics.

+ Use multi-meters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure proper operation of equipment.

+ Experience with 480v systems, including installing and replacing components.

+ Program, inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation devices, and related information systems.

+ Ensure compliance with the NEC (National Electrical Codes) as they pertain to the facility.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in the extrusion industry

+ Experience with thermocouples, transducers, and temperature controllers

+ 480v troubleshooting

+ Understanding of PLC programming, specifically Allen Bradley

+ Experience with DC motors, drives, and heater circuits

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64251.20 - $78000.00/yr.
