    Job Title: Site Civil EngineerJob Description

     

    We are looking for a Site/Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is pivotal in leading and supporting design, permitting, and client management/development for various land development projects. You'll have the chance to collaborate with top industry leaders on a wide range of premier land development projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use projects for both public and private clients.

    + Collaborate with office leadership to develop growth plans and ensure efficient staff utilization.

    + Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and engage in business development by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

    + Lead site/civil efforts on diverse project sites, including designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control from concept to completion.

    + Lead stormwater management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP preparation.

    + Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of land development engineering, including integrating geotechnical and environmental engineering.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

    + 5+ years of successful, local and related site/civil engineering experience with a concentration in land development on both small and large projects

    + Professional Engineering license

    + Site/civil experience on a variety of project sites including the ability to design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept through completion

    + Strong client development and client management abilities

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D

    + Experience in technical and proposal writing

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities

    + Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment

    + Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
