Responsibilities

+ Optimize Processes

+ Design, evaluate, and refine manufacturing systems for quality, efficiency, and cost savings

+ Improve Product Designs

+ Work closely with engineering to ensure manufacturability and performance

+ Implement Automation

+ Lead AI-driven automation, machine learning applications, and system upgrades

+ Drive Continuous Improvement

+ Conduct process analysis, lean manufacturing initiatives, and takt-time optimizations

+ Data-Driven Decisions

+ Perform cost studies, inventory control analysis, and KPI tracking

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial) preferred

+ 3+ years experience in process improvements and fixture design

+ Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Epicor ERP systems

+ Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies

+ Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, tooling selection, and automation projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
