Job Summary
You will manage our Emergency Department, overseeing nursing functions from registration to patient care. You will manage clinical emergency care in hospitals and clinics. Develop policies for high-quality services that meet the organization's goals. As a Director, you will implement strategic plans and priorities within your area. You will make key operational selections to reach goals.
Essential Functions of the Role
+ You will be overseeing the emergency nursing services for the assigned area, ensuring proper execution and delivery.
+ You must create and implement strategic and operational plans for emergency nursing services that support the organization's goals.
+ The role involves directing the assessment and prioritization of patients in the emergency department, and facilitating proper patient care.
+ Responsibilities include directing emergency care and services, optimizing resource utilization and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for clinical outcomes.
Key Success Factors
+ Prior experience in a guiding role is advantageous.
+ Exceptional skills in problem-solving coupled with critical thinking abilities.
+ Outstanding communication skills, inclusive of verbal, written, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS
+ EDUCATION - Masters Degree
+ EXPERIENCE - (3) Three Years of Experience
+ CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION-Basic Life Support (BLS)
+ Registered Nurse (RN)
