    Description:

    Temporary Assignment Details:

    + Level:Senior Analyst

    + Rate:$30.00 per Hour

    + Hours:Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, 40 Hours/week

    + Assignment Duration:12 Months

    Summary:

    This temporary Senior Payroll Analyst position is critical to maintaining the organization’s financial integrity throughout an upcoming ERP system implementation, ensuring accurate payroll processing, tax compliance, and data reporting. The role provides essential expertise to support a smooth transition and strengthen payroll operations during this transformative period.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    + Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial data produced in Payroll, including reports.

    + Ensure Payroll Tax Compliance

    + Analyze, Audit, and reconcile Payroll Data

    + Garnishment Withholding Processing

    + Tip Compliance Processing and Reporting

    + Prepare and analyze payroll reports, including tax returns, audit reports, and other compliance reports.

    + Support Workday System Implementation

    + Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position

    + Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 5 years previous experience performing same or similar duties.

    + Superior communication, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills.

    + Excellent attention to detail

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

    + At least 21 Years of Age

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent required

    + Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

    + Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

    + Verify right to work in the United States
