    We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Recruiter/HR Generalist to join our growing government contracting organization. This role is ideal for a resourceful professional who thrives in evolving environments and enjoys building processes from the ground up. You will have the unique opportunity to shape our HR function while supporting our mission to serve government clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements

    + Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning

    + Conduct compensation analysis and develop salary structures that align with market data and government contract requirements

    + Create and deliver training programs to support employee development and compliance requirements

    + Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and culture-building activities

    + Develop and manage career development programs, including mentoring, succession planning, and career pathing

    + Analyze HR data to identify trends, make recommendations, and support strategic decision-making

    + Manage employee relations, benefits administration, and maintain personnel records in accordance with government regulations

    + Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies

    + Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners

    + Create and maintain HR metrics and analytics to track program effectiveness across recruitment, retention, engagement, performance, and turnover trends

    + Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and make recommendations for organizational improvements

    + Support the development of HR policies and procedures in a growing organization

    Required Qualifications

    + 5+ years of recruitment/HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in government contracting

    + Strong understanding of federal contractor compliance requirements and regulations, including security clearance processes and offboarding protocols

    + Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software

    + Demonstrated experience in performance management and compensation program development

    + Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics, reporting, and data analysis

    + Experience developing and delivering training programs

    + Track record of successful employee engagement initiatives and program development

    + Experience designing and implementing career development frameworks and succession planning

    + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

    + PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred

    + Proven track record of successful recruiting in technical or specialized fields

    + Experience with government contracting, preferred
