    We are currently seeking a client-focused Jewelry Sales Professional to join our Greenbrier Mall team in Chesapeake, VA. This individual will play a key role in shaping the client experience, achieving sales goals, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Experience

    + Create personalized and memorable shopping experiences for every client

    + Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and active listening

    + Demonstrate deep product knowledge and share brand stories with confidence

    + Provide support throughout the client journey—from welcome to purchase to follow-up

     

    Sales Performance

     

    + Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs

    + Leverage selling tools, promotions, and product features to maximize results

    + Actively contribute to store-wide sales goals and initiatives

    + Participate in client outreach, clienteling, and local networking when needed

     

    Store Operations

     

    + Support daily store functions including merchandising, cleanliness, and visual standards

    + Maintain accurate product knowledge and participate in ongoing training

    + Follow all company procedures related to POS systems, inventory, and compliance

    + Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product care

    Qualifications and Requirements

    + Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred

    + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build immediate rapport

    + Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward sales goals

    + Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

    + Passionate about luxury retail and client engagement

    + Previous experience with jewelry and knowledge of gemology is a plus

    + Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

    + Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.

    Requirements

    High School Diploma/Equivalent

     

    Ability to create an excellent customer experience

     

    Must have proven written and verbal communication skills

     

    Demonstrated teamwork abilities

     

    Retail/Customer Service experience preferred

     

    Comfortable utilizing technology such as iPads/tablets, Smartphones or computers

     

    Bilingual a plus!
