    Responsibilities

    + Build and assess Tier 1 applications with hot/hot architecture.

    + Collaborate and negotiate with multiple groups including other agile development teams, lines of business, architects, and infrastructure partners.

    + Develop solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices.

    + Ensure that the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes.

    + Build significant experience through multiple software implementations and developing both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies.

    + Leading cross-functional teams to implement mission-critical enterprise software solutions through the entire software development life cycle.

    + Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with end-to-end implementations of enterprise-level systems in a lead role.

    + Architect and implement scalable Tier 1 applications using web services architecture, with a proven track record of designing systems that handle critical transactions.

    + Utilize data architecture and ETL processes, including experience in designing and implementing, data movement, data lineage, and data provisioning strategies for large data sets using Mainframe and DataStage technologies.

    + Utilize database optimization and SQL fine-tuning to reduce query execution time in large-scale enterprise systems.

    + Utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipeline automation.

    + Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related: and

    + 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

    + Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

    + Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with end-to-end implementations of enterprise-level systems in a lead role;

    + Architecting and implementing scalable Tier 1 applications using web services architecture, with a proven track record of designing systems that handle critical transactions;

    + Utilizing data architecture and ETL processes, including experience in designing and implementing, data movement, data lineage, and data provisioning strategies for large data sets using Mainframe and DataStage technologies;

    + Utilizing database optimization and SQL fine-tuning to reduce query execution time in large-scale enterprise systems; and,
