    NOW HIRING!! Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with a minimum of 1 year recent hospice or home health experience! These are in-home or Facility per diem positions for a nationally recognized hospice company in the following FL Counties: Polk, Highlands, Hardee.

     

    + **LPN Pay Rate: Up to $24 hour**

    + **Specialty: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hospice**

    + **Shifts: 8a-7p & 7p-8a shifts available**

    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education and Experience Requirements:

    + **A degree from an accredited school of Nursing**

    + **An active FL State or compact LPN License**

    + **1+ years’ full-time Hospice, Home Health, or LTC experience as an LPN**

    + **Additional certifications may be required**
