CTG is seeking to fill a Strategy Consultant Customer opening for our client in Alameda, CA.

**Location:** Alameda, CA (Onsite 3 days/week required)

**Duration:** 7 months

Duties:

+ **Strategic Roadmapping:** Collaborate with the Client’s Group Product Lead to define and prioritize a multi-phase roadmap for a major AEM CMS-led website unification initiative. Ensure alignment with overall business growth objectives.

+ **Cross-Functional Alignment:** Partner with stakeholders across product, design, engineering, regional teams, and external agency partners to drive cohesive digital experience delivery across channels.

+ **Feature Scaling & Reuse:** Lead scalable and governed implementation of Ecommerce and diverse content types within the AEM environment, ensuring efficiency and reusability of components.

Skills:

+ Expertise in strategic planning and digital product lifecycle management

+ Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly within CMS and Ecommerce use cases

+ Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities

+ Proven ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear business value propositions

Experience:

+ 7+ years in a strategy consulting or digital product strategy role

+ Demonstrated success in large-scale web unification or digital transformation programs

+ Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving AEM or similar CMS platforms

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hour to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
