    JOB SUMMARY

    Manager, Speech Responsible for the clinical mentoring, supervision, & program development for the assigned discipline. Works collaboratively with site managers to address the needs of the discipline team. Leads discipline-specific performance improvement efforts & serves as clinical subject matter expert.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Master's Degree

    3 Years of Experience

     

    Speech Lang Pathologist License

     

    Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ability to work in a Windows environment.

     

    Ability to coach, counsel and provide general supervision and performance feedback to others, facilitate meetings and lead decision making, as demonstrated by prior leadership experience.

     

    Five years of clinical experience, including mentoring, employee development and training.

     

    BLS for Healthcare Providers (issued by American Heart Association)

     

    Ability to develop, monitor and manage financial operations of discipline.

     

    Ability to identify opportunities for quality/process improvement and implement rapid cycle improvements.

     

    Knowledge of competency and regulatory requirements for clinical discipline.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    5 Years of Experience

     

    The current salary range for this position is $58.38 to $80.28
