    **Contract Length:** 3- 6-month contract, possibility of extension

    **Location:** On-site in Fairfield County, CT or Pima County, AZ location

    **Pay rate** : $50/hr.- $60/ hr.

    Position Summary:

    We’re looking for a proactive **HR Business Partner** to support the Director of HR for Global Support Functions and the Global Center of Excellence. This role will deliver full-spectrum HR support—including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent development—ensuring HR programs align with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Partner with the HR Director on talent reviews and development plans

    + Support training, development, and organizational changes

    + Analyze and act on employee engagement survey data

    + Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity

    + Provide day-to-day HR support across business units

    + Assist with organizational design and workforce planning

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 5+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a commercial or manufacturing setting

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and labor regulations

    + Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (Oracle HCM is a plus)
