Express Employment Professionals is looking for a friendly and organized Chiropractic Office Assistant for a well-known clinic in Dubuque. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on your experience.

What You’ll Do:

+ Greet and guide patients to their rooms with a smile.

+ Keep the filing system in order and retrieve folders as needed.

+ Set up treatment rooms to make them comfy and tidy.

+ Provide therapeutic therapies with care and professionalism.

+ Verify insurance details to ensure smooth billing.

+ Schedule appointments and offer top-notch customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Great people skills for interacting with valued patients.

+ Comfortable using phones and computers for communication and documentation.

+ A positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience with insurance tasks is a plus.

Work Hours:

+ **Monday:** 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM

+ **Tuesday:** 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

+ **Wednesday:** 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM

+ **Thursday:** 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

+ **Friday:** 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
