Purchasing Coordinator – Jacksonville, FL

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time. Employees also receive annual performance reviews.

**Title:** Purchasing Coordinator

**Location:** Jacksonville (32256), onsite

**Pay:** open; plus benefits and PTO

**Hours:** M-F 8 hour day shift,

**Duration:** Long term contract (minimum 1 year)

Job Description:

+ Places and tracks purchase orders for Operations Support Works with Operations Support personnel and vendors to clear invoice mismatches

+ Work with the Operations Support finance partner

+ Assist Operations Support Coordinators at managers discretion

+ Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

+ A minimum of an Associate s Degree or equivalent work experience required

+ Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required

+ Ability to prioritize tasks is required

+ Must have strong attention to detail.

+ Good organizational skills are required

+ Ability to work in a team environment is required

+ Must be willing and able to work on-site Monday-Friday
