    + DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

    + A member of the health care team who plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.

    + QUALIFICATIONS

    + Professional/Educational

    + Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.

    + License required.

    + Basic computer knowledge.

    + Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

    + DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.

    + Personal

    + Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.

    + Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.

    + Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.

     

    Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
