BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Washington Crossing, Bucks County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. **We are needing to support a female client with 28 hours / week of care!** (includes weekends)

How You’ll Make an Impact:

+ Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

+ Accompany clients on errands and appointments

+ Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities

+ Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

+ Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

+ Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule

+ Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts, weekdays, evenings, weekends)

+ Short commute times (we are looking for someone who is local to the Washington Crossing area)

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

+ One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities

+ High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
